What we collect

When you sign up for early access, we collect your name, email address, organisation, your role or job title (if provided), and whether you are signing up as a clinician or a company representative.

Why we collect it

To contact you about early access to the emmAI platform and related updates, and to route your enquiry to the right team. We will not use your details for any other purpose without asking you first.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent, given when you submit this form. You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@emmai.pro.

How long we keep it

We will hold your details for 12 months from the date you sign up, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever is sooner.

Who else sees it

We use HubSpot to manage this form and store your details. HubSpot processes this data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your data with any other third party.

Where it's stored

Your data is hosted within the EU by HubSpot.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk) if you think we've handled it wrongly.
